INSIGHT INITIATIVE CAMPAIGN – TERMS & CONDITIONS1. Purpose: This consumer insight initiative (the “Campaign”) is designed to encourage selected participants from Stokke’s CRM database in Germany, China, and the United States to complete a short form aimed at gathering insights into purchase behavior. By participating, individuals will help STOKKE AS (“Stokke”) better understand customer preferences and improve future offerings.As a token of appreciation, all participants may receive the entry into a prize draw for a chance to win one (1) product of choice from the following three (3) pre-selected items: A) Stokke® Flexi Bath™ XL + Newborn Inlay Bundle B) Stokke® Limas™ Carrier Mesh C) JetKids™ BedBox™ + Crew BackPack™ Bundle The colors for each product is pre-selected by Stokke in a gender-neutral tone and is subject to availability. 2. Terms: These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) regulate your participation in the Campaign. By submitting the survey, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. 3. Eligibility: To participate in this Campaign, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. Participation is limited to individuals who are part of Stokke’s CRM database and have received a direct invitation to complete the survey. The invitation is personal to those who have received it and cannot be forwarded or used by someone else. No purchase is necessary. Access to a valid email address is required to enter the prize draw. 4. How to participate: To participate in this Campaign, you must complete the survey provided via email by no later than September 9th, 2025 at 23:59 (CET) (the “Time limit”). All responses must be submitted truthfully and in good faith. Only fully completed surveys received before the deadline will be eligible for the entry into the prize draw. 5. Incentives & Winner Selection: All eligible participants who submit a completed survey by the deadline will be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one (1) product of their choice from the following three (3) pre-selected items: A) Stokke® Flexi Bath™ XL + Newborn Inlay Bundle B) Stokke® Limas™ Carrier Mesh C) JetKids™ BedBox™ + Crew BackPack™ Bundle The colors for each product are pre-selected by Stokke in a gender-neutral tone and are subject to availability. Three (3) winners for the prize draw will be selected at random from all valid entries received before September 9th, 2025 at 23:59. The draw will be conducted by Stokke within 7 days after the Time limit, and the winner will be notified via email. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to confirm their selected prize and provide additional information for the delivery. If no response is received within that term, a new winner may be selected. 6. Your obligations: you should submit the completed survey within the Time limit and warrant that all responses provided are truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Non-compliance may lead to exclusion from participation. 7. Use of content: By participating in the survey, you grant Stokke unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide authorization to process and use the information you provide for purposes including, but not limited to, the aggregation and anonymization of data to gain insights into purchase behavior and inform marketing strategies. This may include any other lawful marketing-related use. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed without your explicit consent. 8. Personal data: Stokke will process your personal data solely to the extent necessary to carry out the Campaign and to fulfill its rights and obligations under these Terms. Stokke is committed to handling personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations in each country where the Campaign is conducted. |
